Q: We have heard that another site will be in the market place very soon will this effect the referral levels?
A: No not at all - we have a regular stream of work from our own re-sources and campaigns. We have the benefit of many years experience thus placing us at the forefront with all the advantages associated with a brand and market leader. If any competition was launched we would relish the challenge but as referrals would be unique to Legalbid it would not effect our loyal members.
Q: Are the referrals raw or have they been vetted?
A: All cases are vetted wherever possible for authenticity and accuracy. Staff are also knowledgeable as to causation and quantum parameters.
Q: Why do we have to pay up-front?
A: Solicitors ask for client money on account before any work is undertaken so what is the difference? We have carried out extensive advertising campaigns and national sponsorships and generated the referrals you require. We are not prepared to risk any bad debt. Simple as that.
Q: Can I stay on the site without bidding?
A: Unfortunately your details will be removed after 28 days or when the membership is full whatever is sooner.

Q: Why are some cases showing 14 hours remaining?
A: This is a common question it is because you are not a bidding member with credit in your account. As soon as your account is live all cases will be time sensitive and have a maximum time frame of 24 hours..
Q: What happens if the site crashes?

Q: What happens if the referral fails to proceed?
A: Simply inform us in writing within 7 days and if the fault does not rest with the receiving parties then the referral is replaced.
