Terms and Conditions

1. Legalbid.co.uk will provide adequate referrals up loaded and refreshed on a daily basis to enable participating firms of solicitors to bid for personal injury work.
2. Participating firms will deposit their bond into a holding account that will be drawn down commensurate with successful bids at cost plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
3. All winning bids will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the solicitors within 36 hours or via fax.
4. Any failure in delivery shall be notified to Legalbid.co.uk on the expiry of 36 hours and the claim form will be faxed and or posted to the solicitor.
5. Any failure of the claim shall be notified to Legalbid.co.uk within 14 days of receipt together with the reason for the claim failing to progress. Replacement cases will be supplied in the same discipline of the original referral.
6. Any failure of the claim to progress and where the fault rests with the participating solicitor the claim will be replaced at the absolute discretion of Legalbid.co.uk
7. It is agreed and declared that this agreement contains all the terms and conditions between the parties hereto and the provider has made no warranty except as expressly stated herein.
8. Should an act of god, war or Act of Parliament or other Government action, Postal delay extreme weather conditions, force majeure, disaster conditions or any other reasons beyond the control of Legalbid.co.uk, the provider shall be excused from carrying out the conditions of this contract until a normal situation has returned.
9. Legalbid.co.uk may at their absolute discretion generate purchase or obtain referrals from third parties providing that these always meet with both the MOJ and SRA code of conduct.
10. Any change in the standard rate VAT shall be taken into account when calculating any payment due.
11. Your account will be live and fully operational within 72 hours on receipt of funds.
12. If we do not receive the signed terms and conditions of contract agreement we are unable to forward your referrals. This is to comply with current SRA and MoJ legislation.
13. I may receive communications from Legalbid.co.uk
14. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in whole or in part, at anytime without notification. The current terms and condition are displayed on the website.
15. Any money placed in Legalbid.co.uk account will stay there for 12 months, if after the 12 month period you have not placed an sucessful bids we will return monies lessthe set-up fee of £600.00 plus VAT.
